Yoga Rooted in Self Love

Societelle is a thoughtfully curated women’s community centered on connection, intention, and shared experiences that support both joy and well-being. Our Open House gatherings offer a welcoming introduction to the community through moments designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.

This 75-minute private yoga class is designed as an Open House experience, inviting you to return to your body, your breath, and what you need. Through gentle, intentional movement and guided breathwork, the practice creates space to release tension, cultivate presence, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is required.

For non-members, Open House events offer an opportunity to experience Societelle before joining. Guests are welcome to attend up to two Open House events prior to becoming a member.
