About the event
Societelle is a thoughtfully curated women's community centered on meaningful connection, shared experiences, and the joy of gathering well. Each month, we host 4-8 elevated events across Long Island, designed to foster new friendships, cultural discovery, and intentional social connection. Join us for Salt Cave, Stillness & Brunch, beginning with a guided sound bath meditation inside the Himalayan salt cave at Montauk Salt Cave in Huntington. The salt cave is a quiet, restorative space where the air is rich with mineral salt, known to support easier breathing and a deep sense of calm. We'll settle in and let the sound bath DJ guide us into stillness together.
From there, we'll head to Over Easy Restaurant, just a short walk away, for a relaxed brunch. This…
